Deena defines and directs all business growth strategies and tactics, including
marketing, sales, publications and staff recruitment. She also draws on significant
healthcare management and recruitment expertise to help the firm frame many of
its consulting engagements.

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
Prior to joining JR Associates, Deena was director of health services at a Los
Angeles executive recruiting firm. Earlier, she spent more than 20 years in senior
operational multi-specialty management positions in Southern California at large
physician groups and academic medical centers, including Unihealth and Cedars
Sinai Medical Center.
CREDENTIALS
Deena holds an MHA from USC and a BS in Health Sciences
from the University of Redlands. Deena is a past board
member of Health Care Executives of Southern California/ACHE,
she is a former regional director of the American
College of Cardiovascular Administrators and past
president of Women in Health Administration of Southern
California.
